What was built
For-profit platform · Flat 10% fee on payments
The most software-shaped project in the portfolio. ScholarLedger sits between Florida parents and tutors and the paperwork required by the state FTC-PEP scholarship program: it generates compliant invoices, blocks duplicate submissions before they cause a problem, and tracks how much reimbursement capacity a family has left. That means real account handling, a billing model (a flat 10% on payments processed), and a body of guide content explaining a genuinely confusing state program. It is a working product with users, not a brochure.
- Invoice generation compliant with FTC-PEP reimbursement requirements
- Duplicate submission prevention
- Reimbursement capacity tracking
- Accounts for both parents and tutors
- Pricing, FAQ and reimbursement guides
- Flat 10% fee model on payments processed
